2. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering Procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663), Public Procurement (Amendment) Act 914 of the Republic of Ghana.
3. A complete set of tender documents may be inspected and purchased by interested and eligible tenderers from the office of the Okere District Assembly from 3rd August, 2020 at office hours for non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (Gh¢ 300.00).
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information by contacting the Okere District Assembly on 0302908990 from 9:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m local time from 3rd August, 2020 to 18th August, 2020 in addition to the general requirement stated in the tender document, all bids are to be accompanied by the following documents:
I. Business Registration Certificate
II. Valid Ministry of Water Resources Works and Housing Certificate
III. Valid SSNIT Certificate.
IV. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
V. Valid Labour Certificate.
VI. Bid Security/Bond.
VII. Valid Public Procurement Authority Registration Certificate.
5. Sealed Tender Marked with the ‘Project Description and location’ shall be deposited in the ‘Tender Box’ at the Assembly conference Room on or before 10:00am on 18th August, 2020 and Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
6. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of the tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender security of 2% of the Tender price. Late Tenders will not be accepted, Complete set of Tender documents, and additional copies, sealed in an envelope should be submitted to the address below:
