- The assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors for the above mentioned works. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 ( Act 663) and the Procurement Amendment Act 2016 (Act 914) and the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) of the Republic of Ghana.
3. A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers upon submission of an application letter and a non-refundable fee of GH₵ 200 as payment for each tender document.
4. Interested tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit of the Assembly on telephone number 0244949305 from 8 am to 5 pm during weekdays from 24th August, 2020 to 15th September, 2020.
5. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after opening and must be accompanied by a tender security indicated in the table above or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency for a period of 28 days after expiration of the tender.
6.Tenderers are required to submit the following statutory documents as part of their tender and ensure they are renewed within the stated period.
a)Valid Labour Certificate.
b)Public Procurement Authority Registration certificate.
c)Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
d) Valid MWRWH Classification. D2,K2 and above
e) Certificate of Registration /Incorporation
a) Valid Tax /Vat Clearance Certificate
Tenders must be addressed to the:

and delivered by hand into the tender box located in the Procurement Unit on or before 15th September, 2020 by 11am GMT. Late tenders will be rejected.
Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend on 15th September, 2020 at 11am GMT in the conference room of the Municipal Assembly.
