ii Valid Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) Tax Clearance Certificate (Valid up to the month of submission)
iii Valid Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) clearance certificate
iv Valid Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate
v A Tender security of 2% of the tender price from an insurance company or bank
vi. Reference of similar supplies previously undertaken
Complete tenders must be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Office of the Registrar on or before 10:00 am on Thursday, 23rd April, 2015.
Late tenders will be rejected. Tenders shall be valid for period of 90 days after tender submission
The University is not bound to accept any tender
Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at 10:00 am on Thursday, 23rd April, 2015 at the University of Professional Studies, Accra in conference room 2
