- The Gomoa East District Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible and qualified Tenderers for the above project. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering and evaluation procedures specify in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended, of the Republic of Ghana.
2. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the underlisted statutory requirement;
• Tender Security
• Power of Attorney
• Valid Business Registration Certificates
• Valid MWRWH Certificate (D3, K3 or above)
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid SNNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Labour Clearance Certificate
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
3. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased by interested and eligible tenderer from 21st August, 2020 between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00 GMT, working days, upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis (Gh₵250.00).
4. The deadline for submission of the Tenders is 11th September, 2020 at 11.00am. Completed, signed and sealed Tenders are to be deposited in the Tender Box at the address below on or before the time specified above. Tender shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission.
5. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address and location indicated below:
