- a. CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE ENGAGEMENT OF CONSULTING FIRM(S) TO CONDUCT PREFEASIBILITY STUDY ON SHEINI & OPON-MANSI IRON ORE EXPLORATION SITES.
b. CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE ENGAGEMENT OF A CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANISATION (CSO) TO FACILITATE COMMUNITY & STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT IN PREPARATION FOR MINING ACTIVITIES WITHIN SHEINI & OPON-MANSI.
- Additional Information:
- The main objective of the assignment (a); is to conduct a Data Review & Gap Analysis, Mineral Resource Review, Metallurgy Processing Review, Project Management, Peer Review and Report Compilation of the above mentioned projects, to determine the Technical and Economic viability of the Iron Ore deposits above mentioned.
The Ghana Integrated Iron & Steel Development Corporation (GIISDEC) now invites eligible firms to express their interests in providing the above mentioned services.
Qualification Criteria:
• Company Profile
• Company Registration Certificate
• Certificate to Commence Business
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Evidence of Registration with PPA
• General Experience, Specific Experience and Experiences in Similar Assignments
• Number of achieved assignments during the past 3 years
• Annual turnover during the last three (3) years
• Firm should have been in existence for at least 5 years and should have carried out at least one (1) project of similar scope.
Eligibility criteria, establishment of the shortlisted and selection procedure shall be in accordance with the Public Procurement guidelines “Rules and Procedures for the use of Consultants Services”.
The selection method for the assignment shall be Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS).
