- 2. The E.P College of Education, Bimbilla now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Contractors and Suppliers for the Execution of works and Supply of Goods indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the amended Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Tenders must be accompanied with the following statutory documents;
i. Business Registration Certificate
ii. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
iii. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
iv. VAT Registration Certificate
v. Works and Housing Certificate (for works)
vi. Labour Certificate (for works)
vii. PPA Supplier registration Certificate
4. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the E.P College of Education, Bimbilla and inspect the Tender documents at the address given below from 9:00 am hours to 17:00 hours GMT.
5. Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 200.00) only, for each set. The document will be obtained personally and with an application letter. Tenderers are advised to use the address stated below for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of Tender Documents from the 14th of September, 2020.
6. Tenders must be deposited into the Tender Box located at the address below at or before 11:00 hours GMT on Thursday, 1st October, 2020. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of amounts stated in the table above for each package. ). Tender Security should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee or Bid Bond from a reputable insurance company.
7. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives, who may choose to attend at the Conference Hall of the E.P College of Education, Bimbilla at 11.00 hours GMT on Thursday, 1st October, 2020.
