Additional Information:: 4. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of GH¢200.00 for each tender document. Payment is by cash to the National Board for Professional and Technician Examinations (NABPTEX).

5. Tenders must be accompanied by the following documents:
i) Certificate of registration and incorporation
ii) VAT Certificate
iii) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
iv) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
v) PPA registration Certificate
vi) Manufacturer Authorization. (If the supplier is not the main producer of the product to be supplied)

7. Tenders shall be valid for a period 90 days after the deadline of tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of 2% from a reputable Bank. Late tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives, who choose to attend at 11.am, Friday 2nd October, 2020, at the NABPTEX Board Room.
