- The Akatsi South District Assembly now invites sealed tenders from local eligible contractors for the construction of the works indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the NATIONAL COMPETITIVE TENDERING (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA).
3. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the office of the District Coordinating Director and inspect the Tender Documents at the Procurement Unit from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, 22nd September, 2020 on working days.
4. A complete set of Tender Documents may be purchased by interested tenderer upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵ 200.00) only. The method of payment will be by cash.
5. Tenders are to be accompanied by the following documents:
Valid Labour Certificate
Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
Valid Certificate of Incorporation
Valid Certificate of Commencement
Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate (D3, K3 and Above)
Valid Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) Certificate
Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
6. Sealed Tenders must be delivered to the below address at or before 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, 8th October, 2020. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security from Reputable Source of the amount stated in the table above. Late Tenders will be rejected.
7. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderer’s representatives who choose to attend at the District Assembly Hall, Akatsi, at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, 8th October, 2020.
