- 2. The Fanteakwa South District Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Contractors/Suppliers for the Construction of the Works and Supply of Goods as indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, Act 663, 2003 as Amended Act 914, 2016 and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Fanteakwa South District Coordinating Director, and inspect the Tender documents at the address given below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT during working days.
4. Tender documents may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00) for works and Two Hundred Cedis (Gh₵200.00) for the supply from 12th – 26th Oct. 2020
Tender should be accompanied by:
a) Valid Ministry of Water Resource, Works and Housing Certificate (works only)
b) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
c) Labour Certificate (works only)
d) Registrar General Certificate
e) VAT Registered Certificate
f) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
5. Completed Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address below at or before 10:00 hours GMT on or before 26th October, 2020. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representative who choose to attend at the Conference Room of the Fanteakwa South District Assembly at 10.00 hours GMT on 26th October, 2020.
