Tender Description:: Construction of 1230 metre "U" Drain at Asukasu

Tender Validity period: 180 days after deadline of tender submission.
Kwahu Afram Plains North District Assembly invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors for the PROCUREMENT OF WORKS LISTED ABOVE.

Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) as amended in 2016 (Act 914) and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

A complete set of Tender Document in English may be purchased at the Works Department of the Assembly from Monday, 12Th October, 2020 between the hours of 09: 00am-04:00pm each working day by interested Tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis (GHS 250.00) only in cash for the Tender Document.

Tendering is open to all the eligible Tenderers registered with the Public Procurement Authority and Ministry of Works and Housing (MWH) and classified under class D3/K3 or better.

Additional Information:: The winning Tenderer shall pre-finance the project.

All Tenders should be accompanied by the following documents:

1. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
2. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
3. Valid Labour Certificate
4. Valid Company Registration Business Certificate
5. Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate
6. Valid District Assembly Registration Certificate (KAPNDA)
7. Power of Attorney
8. A Tender Security of two percent (2%) of the Tender price

Complete Tenders must be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Office of the District Chief Executive at Kwahu Afram Plains North District Assembly, 2nd floor on or before 10:00 am on Monday, 26th October, 2020.

Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 180 days after the deadline Tender submission.

Tenders will be opened thereafter in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at 10:00am on Monday, 26th October, 2020 at Assembly Hall, Donkorkrom.
