All Tenders must be accompanied by the following documents; Note: failure of any of the document would amount to disqualification)
• Valid Business Certificate (renewal receipt)
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate,
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate,
• Valid VAT Clearance Certificate,
• Valid Labour Certificate,
• Valid Ministry of Water Resource, Works and Housing Certification Certificate (D3K3)
• Registration Certificate from Public Procurement Authority,
• Valid Power of Attorney and PPA contractor

Tenders shall be for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender Submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of (3%) of tender price from a recognized Insurance Company/Bank Guarantee and shall be valid for twenty-eight (28) days following the expiry date of the tender validity period. Tenders will open thereafter on the same day of the tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend. Venue for the opening is the Office of the District Coordinating Director. Late Tenders will be rejected.
