- Tenderers as part of tendering processes shall submit the following documents which are as follows:
• Valid Certificate of Business Registration
• Valid Ghana Revenue Authority Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Ministry Of Works and Housing Certificate (D3K3 and Above)
• Valid Labour Certificate
• Public Procurement Authority Registration Certificate.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of not less than 2% of the Tender Price from a reputable bank or insurance company. Tender security shall be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days after submission of tenders.
