- The South Dayi District Assembly has received its allocation of the District Assembly Common Fund (DACF), and District Development Facility (DDF) and intends to apply part of it to cover eligible payments under the contract for the execution of the under mentioned project in the South Dayi District.

iii. Valid Business Registration Certificate (Certificate of Incorporation/Certificate to commence Business)
iv. Valid Income Tax Certificate
v. Valid Public Procurement Authority Certificate
