- Interested and eligible tenderers shall be required to produce the following:
i. Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Classification Certificate (D3K3 and above)
ii. Valid Labour Certificate
iii. Valid Business Registration Certificate (Certificate of Incorporation/Certificate to commence Business)
iv. Valid Income Tax Certificate
v. Valid Public Procurement Authority Certificate
vi. Valid Ministry of Roads and Highways Certificate of Classification (A3B3 and above).
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the tender opening and must be accompanied by the corresponding, bid security and valid for additional 28 days beyond the validity period.
