- 1. The Ho West District Assembly, hereafter referred to as the contracting authority, invites tenders from interested tenderers
a) Ministry of water resources works and housing category D2,K2 and above
b) Current Labour Certificate
c) Current Ghana Revenue Authority Clearance Certificate
d) Social Security and National Insurance Trust(SSNIT) certificate
e) Registrar General Certificate
2. Interested tenderers may purchase tender document at the office of the Ho West District Assembly from 9:00am to 5:00pm local time daily at the account office of the Ho West District Assembly upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of four hundred Ghana cedis (GHS 400.00)
3. Completed sealed tenders documents shall be deposited in the tender box at the District Assembly hall at the address below on or before 29th OCTOBER, 2020 at 10:30 hours GMT. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission.
Tenders shall be opened in the presence of all tenderers or their representatives, who may choose to attend at the District Assembly Hall, DZOLOKPUITA at 10:30 hours GMT on 29th OCTOBER, 2020. Late tenderers shall be rejected.
