Tender Description:: LOT 1:
Construction of 1No. 15-Unit Lockable Stores, 6-Unit Open Market Shed and fencing of Suhum Main Market AT Suhum.

LOT 2:
Construction and furnishing of 1No. 3–Unit KG and Nursery Classroom Block with ancillary Facilities at Esaase

LOT 3:
Construction and Mechanization of 1No.20-Seater w/c Toilet at Suhum-Okorase at Suhum-Okorase

Additional Information:: 2. The Suhum Municipal Assembly invites Sealed Tenders from eligible Contractors registered with the Ministry of Works and Housing and the Public Procurement Authority.

3. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders from 12th October, 2020 at the office of the Suhum Municipal Assembly upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GH₵400.00 per document between 9am to 5pm each working day.

4. Bid Security must be in the form of Certified Cheque or a Bank Guarantee or Bid Bond from an Insurance firm of good standing with National Insurance Commission and other documents including;

 Registrar General’s Registration Certificate
 Ministry of Works and Housing (D3, K3) Certificate
 Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
 Valid Ghana Revenue Authority Clearance Certificate
 Valid Labour Clearance Certificate
 Public Procurement Authority Registration Certificate.
5. Sealed Bidding documents shall be addressed to the Secretary, Suhum Municipal Tender Committee, Box 186, Suhum and delivered into the Tender Box at the Suhum Municipal Assembly, Suhum on or before 10.00 GMT Friday on 30th October, 2020. Tenders shall be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend on the same day. Bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days. Late Tenders will be rejected.
