6. Valid Public Procurement Authority Certificate
7. Bid security of 2% of the tender document and valid for 120days after tender closing date
8. Valid SSNIT certificate

Completed tender document are to be deposited in a “Tender box” at the Office of the District Chief Executive of the Biakoye District assembly at Nkonya Ahenkro in the Oti Region on or before 10am 23rd October, 2020. Tenders will be opened in public on the same day, in the presence of Bidders or their representative who choose to attend.
