Construction of 1No. 3-Unit classroom block, staff common room with 2-seater water closet toilet, head teacher’s office with store room and 1-seater water closet toilet facility, supply of students-teachers assorted furniture, 2No. fire extinguishers, construction of 1No.6-seater water closet toilet facility for boys & girls with 2No. Urinal bowls for boys and 2No.bidet for girls, walkway with canopy, construction of septic tank, drilling and mechanisation of 1No. Borehole with overhead concrete support stand with polytank at Nkwanda No.1

Construction of 3-Unit, 2-bedroom semi-detached with living room and dining hall teachers quarters, drilling and mechanisation of 1No. borehole with overhead concrete support stand with polytank, landscaping and construction of open court yard at Nsuta
Construction of 14-Seater water closet, 2No. Changing room and construction of concrete overhead support stand with polytank at Fodoa SHS.

3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tender Document from The Municipal Co-ordinating Director at the address given below during office hours from 8:00 am to 5:00pm from Monday October 26, 2020. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee as stated in the table above. The method of payment will be by cash.

4. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security as indicated for each contract from a recognized Bank or Insurance Company in good standing with the National Insurance Commission and must be delivered at the Municipal Assembly hall of Kwahu West Municipal Assembly, Nkawkaw on or before 10.00 am on Monday November 16, 2020 where they will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of all Tenderers’ Representatives who choose to attend. Late Tenders will be rejected.
