Tender Description:: The Ayensuano District Assembly has received her share of the District Performance Assessment Tool (DPAT) and DACF from the Government of Ghana and intends to apply part of these funds to cover the Procurement of

Lot 1 - AyDA/ER/DPAT/LOT 1/20
Construct 1No. Male and Female Wards with Toilet and bath facilities, 10No. Hospital beds with mattresses ,and a mechanized borehole at Asuboi Health Centre.

Lot 2 - AyDA/ER/DPAT/LOT 2/20
Drill and construct 6No. Hand pump boreholes at Abrodiem,Yakoko,Ayeh
Kwesi, Wuruwurudu, Duodukrom, Apau-wawase and Mechanization of 1No.borehole at Ntowkrom.Training of WATSAC Members at selected boreholes communities.

Lot 3 - AyDA/ER/DPAT/LOT 3/20
Construct 1No. CHPS compound with mechanized borehole, 10,000 Litres Polytank and 2-Units. single rooms for Health Nurses and supply of 2No. Hospital beds with mattresses, 1No. Vaccine fridge,& 1No.delivery beds at Sowatey

Lot 4 - AyDA/ER/DACF/LOT 3/20
Construct 1No. CHPS compound with mechanized borehole, 10,000 Litres Polytank and 2-Units. Single rooms for Health Nurses and supply of 2No. Hospital beds with mattresses, 1No. Vaccine fridge,& 1No.delivery beds at Kuano
