Additional Information:: Tenderers are to submit their bids with copies of the following valid documents in addition to the general requirements in the tender document:
a. Valid Business Registration Certificate,
b. Valid Current Tax Clearance Certificate and VAT,
c. Valid Labour Certificate,
d. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate,
e. Valid Bid Security of 2%
f. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Registration Certificate.
g. Valid Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Certificate

NB: All Timber and Timber Products must be obtain from a legal source
nders documents must be signed, sealed and deposited into the Tender Box placed at the works Department Hall of the Kwahu South District Assembly, Mpreaso on or before Wednesday 11th November 2020 by 10:am

Tenders will be opened immediately in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend on the same day of submission.

Bids should have a validity period of 120 days after the deadline for tender opening and must be accompanied by the corresponding bid security of (2%) of the tender price from a bank or an insurance company.
