Tender Name:: Construction and Furnishing of 1No. 3-Unit Classroom Block with Headmaster’s Office, Staff Common Room and Store Room and 1No. 4-Seater KVIP Toilet and 1No 2-Unit Urinal

Tender Description:: The Tano South Municipal Assembly through the Ministry of local Government and Rural Development has received funding from the District Assembly Common Fund - Responsive Factor Grant (DACF–RFG III) and intends to apply a portion to cover eligible payment for Works contracts whose requirements are indicated below;

Lot 1
Construction and Furnishing of 1No. 3-Unit Classroom Block with Headmaster’s Office, Staff Common Room and Store Room and 1No. 4-Seater KVIP Toilet and 1No 2-Unit Urinal at Biokrom

Lot 2
Supply of wooden Furniture (920 Dual Desks for primary and JHS,20 Hexagonal Tables and 160 Chair for KG0 for 21 Schools

Lot 3
Supply of goods(machinery)for the People with Disability

Lot 4
Construction of 1No. 16-Seater KVIP Toilet for Mansin Lorry Station

Lot 5
Construction of 1No. 16-Seater KVIP Toilet for L/A Primary School

Lot 6
Reshaping of Akobro-Asuboi(4km) Feeder Road

Lot 7
Drilling of 4No. Boreholes, Installation of 4No.Hand pumps and construction of 4No.concrete pads and Drilling and mechanization of 1NO. Borehole with a 10,000litre reservoir tank for Bechem Government Hospital

Additional Information:: Bidders would be required to provide the following

• Valid Registrar General’s Certificate
• Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate (D3 K3 and above)
• Valid GRA Clearance Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Power of Attorney
• Valid Labour Clearance
• PPA registration Certificate
• Bid Security is 2% of the tender price and shall be valid for 120 days after tender closing date.
