Tender Description:: Eligible tenderers should note that the following valid will be required
a. A copy of certificate to Commerce Business
b. A copy of certificate of Incorporation
c. A copy of VAT certificate
d. A copy of Annual Tax Clearance Certificate (valid up to Date)
e. A copy of Public Procurement Authority Certificate
f. A list of recent contract performed (preferably Government contract)
g. Insert any other necessary Documentation
h. Failure to submit any of the above listed documents would render the Tender Non -Responsive

Additional Information:: Interested tenderers should note that, the stationery includes the following; A-4 Sheet, Ruled Sheet, Quarto Envelopes, Official Envelopes, Carbon Paper, Blue Ball Pens, Red Ball Pens, Bag Envelopes, Calculators, Office Pins, Staple Machines, Staple Pins, White Chalk, Rubber Band, Registers, Pen Drive, Gloy Paste, Green Tags, Drawing Pins, White Board Maker, Felt Pens, Cellotape, Note Books, Exercise Books and Duster.

Interested eligible tenderers should note that the purchase of the tender document will be one at the Archbishop Porters Girls’ Secondary school. Sealed tender document must be delivered on Thursday 26th November 2020, on or before 10:30AM.
Sealed tenders will open in the presence of Supplier’s or their representatives who choose to attend at 1.00 p.m. on 26th November, 2020 at Archbishop Porter Girls’ Secondary School.
