- Additional Information:
- The Commission invites sealed Tenders from eligible suppliers for the supply of vehicle. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 663, 2003 as amended in Act 914, 2016 and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
2. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information and/or inspect Tender documents from the Procurement Unit of the Commission at the address given below from Wednesday, November 25, 2020 between the hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm.
3. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢200.00) only. The document will be obtained personally and with an application letter.
4. Tenders must be delivered to the address below at or before 10.30am, Wednesday, December 11, 2020 Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2%. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at the Conference Room of the Commission at 10.30 a.m. local time on Thursday December 16, 2020
5. Tenderers must provide the following documents:
i. Valid Company Registration Certificate
ii. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
iii. Valid SNNIT clearance Certificate
iv. Valid PPA registration Certificate
