- Tenderers as part of tendering processes shall submit the following documents;
Valid Business Registration Certificate
Valid SSNIT clearance Certificate (original)
Valid Ghana Revenue Authority Tax clearance certificate
Valid labour certificate
Valid Bid Security of 2%
Valid PPA registration certificate
Valid VAT registration Certificate
NB: All timber product must be obtained from a legal source
Tender documents must be deposited in the Tender Box placed at the Works Department Hall on or before 10th December, 2020 by 10am. Tender will be opened thereafter on this same day in the presence of the Tenderers or their representative who may choose to attend.
Tender shall be valid for a period of 90 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by corresponding Bid Security (2%) of the tender price from bank or insurance company.
