- The SDA Midwifery Training College, Asamang - Ashanti intends to apply part of its Internally Generated Fund to fund eligible payments under the contract for procurement of -
MERCANTILE, DOMESTIC AND FROZEN FOODS through Framework Agreement.

iii. Tax Clearance certificate
iv. Company form A for sole proprietorship and Form 3 for Limited Liability Entities
v. SSNIT Clearance Certificate
vi. Public Procurement Authority registration certificate / evidence of registration.
vii. Tender Security (2% of total tender price from a reputable Commercial Bank or Insurance Firm).
viii. Tenders shall be valid for 120 days after tender opening
