Tender Description:: The Nursing and Midwifery Training College, Keta hereinafter referred to as the Purchaser, intends to apply part of its Internally Generated Fund (IGF) to payments under contract(s) for the supply of Food items.

The Nursing and Midwifery Training college, Keta now invite sealed tenders from eligible firms for the supply of items as indicated in the Schedule of Requirement (Schedule VI) of this Tender Document and as below;

Dry Pepper (Maxi Bag) - 3 Bags
Maggie Cube/Stock (Carton) - 4 Cartons
Tin Tomatoes Paste (Carton (2200g)) - 37 Cartons
Cooking Oil (25L/Gal.) - 27 Gal
Palm Oil (25L/Gal) - 16 Gal

Egg (Crate) - 832 Crates
Chicken Thigh Hrd (Carton, 10Kg) - 144 Cartons
Horse Mackerel (Kpala), (Carton, 20+20Kg) - 240 Cartons

Additional Information:: All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security in Ghana Cedis of 2% of the Tender Price. Tender Security must be in the Form of a Bank Guarantee or an Insurance Bond from a reputable financial institution.

It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under listed statutory requirements.

• Valid VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable).
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid Certificate of Incorporation
• Valid Certificate of Commencement.
