3. A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of three hundred Ghana cedi (GH¢300.00). Tender security could be in the form of a certified cheque, Bank Guarantee or Bid Bond from a reputable insurance company.

4. Tender should be deposited in the tender box located at the procurement unit of the administration block on or before Tuesday, 15th December, 2020 at 10:00am and shall be valid for 120 days after tender submission.
Late tenders would be rejected outright.

Tenders should be accompanied with the following relevant documents:
 Certificate of registration
 Works and housing certificate
 Valid SSNIT clearance certificate
 Valid tax clearance certificate
 Valid labour clearance certificate
 PPA Registration

Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend at 100:00am on Tuesday, 15th December, 2020 at the College conference hall, Gambaga.
