- The Audit Service invites sealed Tenders from eligible suppliers for the supply of the items listed above.
Tendering would be through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic Ghana.
Eligible and interested Tenderers may obtain further information from Audit Service, and inspect the Tender documents at the address given below from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily.

This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible and interested suppliers who must have the under listed as at the time of submitting tenders:
(a) Valid Company Registration Certificate
(b) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
(c) Valid VAT Registration Certificate
(d) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
(e) Valid PPA Supplier Registration Certificate
(f) Manufacturer’s Authorization where applicable
(g) References of similar supplies (Attach Award Letters, LPOs etc.)
(h) Audited Accounts for the last two years (2019 and 2020)
It is mandatory that Tenderers submit the above requirements with their tenders. Failure would constitute grounds for rejection of tender.
A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by eligible and interested Tenderers on submission of a written application to the address below and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee GH¢200.00 for each tender document.
Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before the date for tender submission as indicated in the table above at 10:00 a.m. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Ten Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢10,000.00) from a reputable Bank or an Insurance Company in Ghana. Late Tenders will be rejected.

Tenders will be opened after tender closing in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at Room 17 (Old Block) of the Ghana Audit Service at 10:15 a.m. on 1st April, 2021.
