Tender Name:: TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF AKUSE SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC ROOFTOP PROJECT

Tender Description:: 2. The scope of the Works expected to be awarded under this IFT includes but not limited to:

a. Procurement and Installation of Grid-connected PV system comprising of PV modules, connection boxes, DC & AC disconnects, fuses, grid-tie inverters, grounding surge protection and all other necessary balance of plant for:
a. 30No. Residential Buildings - 3kWp 1-phase system per house
b. Akuse Mess Hall - 50kWp 3-phase system
c. VRA Academy – 150kWp 3-phase system
d. VRA Academy Hostel – 50kWp 3-phase system
e. VRA HR/Finance Office – 50kWp
b. Installation of Rooftop Mounting Structures.
c. Bringing the PV Rooftop Installation into service.
d. Commissioning and testing of the system.

The project is expected to be completed within four (4) Calendar Months

Additional Information:: 1. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Sixty Thousand Ghana Cedis (GHȻ60,000.00). The Tender Security shall remain valid for 28 days after the validity of Tenders.
2. A Site Visit and Pre-Tender meeting shall be held for all Tenderers who wish to attend. Eligible Tenderers who wish to attend are therefore required to meet at the Engineering Services Department Conference Room, Akuse in the Eastern Region at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday April 15, 2021.
