Tender Description:: The Volta Regional Health Directorate, Ho of the Republic of Ghana intends to apply part of its budgetary allocations funds from Korea Foundation for International Healthcare (KOFIH) to eligible payments under the contracts for which this Invitation for tender is issued.

The Volta Regional Health Directorate, Ghana Health Service, Volta now invites sealed tenders from eligible Tenderers for the underlisted contracts.

Lot 1 (GHS/VRHD/WKS/2021/001) - Proposed Construction of (CHPS) Compound for Ghana Health Service at Denteh Manso in the Krachi Nchumuru District (Oti Region)
Lot 2 (GHS/VRHD/WKS/2021/002) - Proposed Construction of (CHPS) Compound for Ghana Health Service at Tokpo Kofe in the Krachi West District (Oti Region)
Lot 3 (GHS/VRHD/WKS/2021/003) - Proposed Construction of (CHPS) Compound for Ghana Health Service at Kpeve Tongor in the Afadzato South District (Volta Region)
Lot 4 (GHS/VRHD/WKS/2021/004) - Proposed Construction of (CHPS) Compound for Ghana Health Service at Hove Alavanyo in the Afadzato South District (Volta Region)

Additional Information:: Tenders are required to submit the following statutory documents as part of their tender, which should be valid at the date of opening:

1. Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works & Housing Certification D1,K1 or D2, K2
2. Business Registration Certificate
3. Company Certificate to Commence Business
4. Company Certificate of Incorporation
5. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
6. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
7. Valid Labour Certificate
Evidence of Company registration with the Public Procurement Authority (PPA)
Any other document specified as a mandatory requirement
