- The WACWISA, University for Development Studies (UDS) now invites sealed Tenders from eligible contractors and suppliers for the procurement of the above goods
2 A contractor/Supplier will be selected under a competitive Tendering method through the evaluation procedure which is described in the Tender Documents, in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as Amended which are provided on the PPA website at www.ppa.gov.gh.
3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the University for Development Studies (UDS), Central Administration, Tamale and inspect the Tender Documents at the address given below from 8:00 am. to 5:00 pm daily on normal working days.
4. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon the payment of a non-refundable fee as indicated in the table above.
5. Notwithstanding the general requirements stated in the Tender Documents, the under listed requirements are expressly demanded;
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable).
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid Certificate of Incorporation
• Valid Certificate of Commencement.
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
6. Failure to submit any of the above listed documents would render the bid ‘non- responsive’ and the tender would be consequently not evaluated.
CLOSING DATE OF TENDERS
Tenders must be delivered to the address below at or before10:00 am on Wednesday, May 5, 2021
7. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after deadline of Tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a 2% Tender Security. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 10:00am on the date stated above. A register of potential tenderers who have purchased the tender document may be inspected at the address below;
8. The University is not bound to accept any tender.
