Tender Description:: The Ayawaso West Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments underCall-off Contracts that may be awarded under the Framework Agreements concluded through this IFT Primary Procurement processfor the followiing;

Lot1: (GAR/AWMA/GDS/IGF/LOT1/2021) Supply and Delivery of Printed and Stationery Materials.

Lot2: (GAR/AWMA/GDS/IGF/LOT2/2021) Supply and Delivery of Assorted Food Items

LOT3: (GAR/AWMA/GDS/IGF/LOT3/2021) Supply and Delivery of Assorted Refreshment Items

LOT4: (GAR/AWMA/SV/IGF&DACF/LOT4/2021) Maintenance of Street naming Poles within the Municipality.

LOT5: : (GAR/AWMA/SV/IGF&DACF/LOT5/2021) Maintenance of Streetlights within the Municipality.

LOT6: (GAR/AWMA/SV/IGF&DACF/LOT6/2021) Fumigation and Disinfection of Public Places in the Municipality

LOT7: (GAR/AWMA/SV/IGF&DACF/LOT7/2021) Refuse Evacuation within the Municipality

LOT8: (GAR/AWMA/SV/IGF/LOT8/2021) Provision of Janitorial Services at the Assembly's Block

LOT9: (GAR/AWMA/SV/IGF/LOT9/2021)Maintenance of Office Vehicle

LOT10: (GAR/AWMA/SV/IGF&DACF/LOT10/2021) Routine Clearing of Weeds within the Municipality

LOT11: (GAR/AWMA/SV/IGF&DACF/LOT5/2021) Provision of Catering

Tender Security - 2% of Tender Price

2. Valid Works and Housing Certificate
3. Certificate to commence Business
4. Labour certificate
5. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate as at the date of Tender opening
6. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate as at the date of Tender opening
