Tenders will be evaluated based on the under listed requirements
✔Valid business registration certificate/renewal
✔Valid VAT registration certificate
✔Tax clearance certificate
✔SSNIT clearance certificate (if applicable)
✔Public procurement authority (PPA) registration certificate and other relevant requirements that will be contained in the tender document.
NB:
1.All relevant documents and completed tender forms must be deposited in the tender box at the College Procurement Office on or before 21ST May, 2021 using the address below. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at 10:00am on same tender closing date (21ST May, 2021).
2.Late and partial tenders will be rejected.
3.Tenders will be open in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend.
4.All tender opening participants must come wearing nose masks.
