Non-Perishable Food Items

80% of the goods in two weeks after award, and the rest 20% As and when the needs arise within the Semester.

Perishable Food Items
(NMTC/ASAN/NCT/GD/2021/04)
60% of the goods in two weeks after award, and the rest 40% every two weeks within the Semester

Additional Information:: Nursing and Midwifery Training College Asankrangwa now invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for the contract. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended.
3. A complete set of tender document, in English may be purchased by interested tenderers from the address below in the hours of 8:00am to 4:00 pm and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHC 200.00) each only from 17th May to 3rd June 2021.

4. The completed tender document must include the following;
a). Business Registration Certificate
b). Valid Tax Clearance Certification
c). VAT Registration Certificate
d). Tender Security of 2% of total tender price
e.) SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
f.) Evidence of PPA Supplier Registration Certificate
g.) Submission of samples
