2. The NIA hereby invites sealed Tenders from eligible Suppliers for the above listed items.
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended, and the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the National Identification Authority, Accra and inspect the Tender Documents at the Procurement Unit, NIA Head office, No.8 Nelson Mandela Avenue, Off Gulf House Street, South Legon, Accra, from Friday, 18th June 2021 between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm each working day.
5. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be inspected and purchased by interested Tenderers on submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of three hundred Ghana cedis (GH¢300.00) only for each set.
6. Tenders must be delivered to the address below at or before 10:30 am on Monday, 5th July 2021. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security not less than two percent (2%) of the Tender price.
7. Late Tenders will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the Tenderer. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at 10:30 am on Monday, 5th July 2021 in the Prof. Ernest Dumor Conference Room of the address below. A register of potential tenderers who have purchased the tender document may be inspected at the address below.

• Valid VAT Registration Certificate
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid Certificate of Incorporation
• Valid Certificate of Commencement.
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA or Evidence of registration with PPA
