2. The Gomoa West District Assembly invite eligible tenders for the above mention suppliers and Consultants to express their interest to organize capacity building program for heads of department, Area Councils, Senior and Junior staff of the Assembly. Interested Consultants must provide information indicating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services (description of similar assignments, experience in similar assignments, availability of appropriate skills)
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Procurement Act, 2003 and Public Procurement (Amendment) Act 914, 2016 in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Board of the Republic of Ghana. A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by the interested Tenderers on submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of non- refundable fee of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢200.00) for each set.
4. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission, late Tenders will be rejected. Expression of interest (EOI) must be delivered to the address below on or before Tuesday, 27th July, 2021. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s or their representatives, at the Conference room of District Works Department at 10:00 am on Tuesday,27th July, 2021.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of two percent (2%) of the Tender price, Valid Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid VAT Registration Certificate, Valid Business Registration Certificate, Certificate to Commence Business, PPA certificate, SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
