- 2. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering Procedures Specified in the Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) and Procurement Amendment Act 2016 (Act 914) in accordance with guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of the Republic of Ghana.
3. A complete set of Tender documents may be purchased by interested Tenderers with an Introductory Letter at the Ablekuma North Municipal Assembly, Accra, between the hours of 08:00am to 05:00pm from Thursday,15th July,2021 at a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHc500.00).
4. Tenders shall be valid for a period of One hundred and twenty (120) days after Tender opening and must be accompanied by a bid security stated in table 1. above for the project.
5. All bids shall be accompanied with the following documents;
• Valid GRA Tax Clearence Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Ministry of Roads and Highways Certificate (D2, K3)
• Valid PPA Certificate (evidence of registration with PPA)
• Valid Labour Certificate
6. Completed sealed Tender Documents shall be addressed and delivered to:

7. Tender must be signed, sealed and deposited in the Tender box in the Conference Room of the Ablekuma North Municipal Assembly office on or before Friday, 13th August, 2021 at 10:00 hours (GMT) after which the tender shall be opened in the presence of tenderers or their representative(s) who choose to attend at 10:30am GMT.
8. Please note that late tenders shall be rejected.
