An eligible Tenderer in the Public Procurement shall possess the following documents:
i. Certificate of Incorporation (Renewal Mandate required);
ii. Certificate to Commence Business;
iii. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate;
iv. VAT Registration Certificate;
v. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate; and
vi. Valid Public Procurement Authority’s Suppliers Registration Certificate
