- Tenders shall be valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days after Tender opening and must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of the project sum. The Tender Security shall be valid for twenty-eight (28) days following the expiry date of the tender validity period.
Tenders shall be delivered to the Office of the Upper Denkyira West District Assembly, Diaso, Central Region, at the address stated below, and deposited into the Tender Box on or before 10:00 hours GMT on 24th August, 2021. The Tender opening shall take place immediately after the deadline for submission in the presence of those Tenderers who wish to attend. Late Tenders will be rejected.
