Tender Description:: The Upper Denkyira West District Assembly intends to use part of its District Assembly Common Fund - (DACF) budgetary allocations to cover eligible payment for works contract whose requirement are indicated below;

Lot 1: Consruction of 1No. 3-Unit Classroom Block with Office and Store
at Ntom R.C JHS

Lot 2: Construction of 2No. Boreholes with Renovation Works at Aburi
and Besease CHPS Compound

Lot 3: Construction of 1No. Meat Shop at Diaso Market

Additional Information:: Tenderers, as part of the tendering process, shall submit the following statutory document as indicated below:

1 Valid Company Registration Certificate and Certificate to Commence Business
2 Valid Tax clearance Certificate (Original)
3 Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
4 Valid Labour Certificate (Job related)
5 Valid VAT Certificate
6 Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Registration Certificate.
7 Other documents indicated in the data sheet.
8 Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Water Resource Certificate
9 Tender Validity is 120 days after the deadline submission. Tender
Security Amount is 2% of the project sum
