Tenders shall be valid for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of the tender price. Electronic tendering will not be permitted. Late tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers’ representatives, who choose to attend at 10:00am on Thursday 26th August, 2021 at the Assembly’s Conference Room, Tepa.
