Tender Description:: Rehabilitation of Administration Block (External Works – Phase III)

1. The St. Teresa’s College of Education, Hohoe invites sealed tenders from eligible construction firms registered with Ministry of Works and Housing Category D2K2-D1K1. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NTC) procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act,2003 Act 663 and the Public Procurement ( Amendment) Act 2016, Act 914, and the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

2. A completed set of Tender Document in English can be obtained from the College after payment of a non-refundable fee for GH₵400.00 to the College’s Accounts office starting from Thursday 26, August 2021 to Thursday 09 September, 2021. The payment method shall be cash or bankers draft in the name of the College.

3. Interested eligible Tenderers can obtained a complete Tender Documents after payment from the Colleges Secretary’s Office between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM and submitted to the Procurement Office on or before 10:00 AM on Thursday 09 September, 2021. Tender Opening shall be done at the Administration Block First Floor Conference Room at 10:30 AM on Thursday 09 September, 2021 in the presence of Tenderers who may choose to attend.

Additional Information:: 4. Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after Tender Opening and must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Five percent (5%) of the Total Tender Price in addition to these documents.
