Additional Information:: Tendering is open to all tenders registered with the public procurement Authority and ministry of road and highways and are classified into financial class A2/B2 or above.

Interested eligible tenderers may obtained further information from the office of the municipal coordinating Director, mfantseman municipal assembly and inspect the tender document at the address given below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GNT.

A complete set of tender document in English (and additional copies) may be purchased by interested tenderers at the address below for non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana cedis (500. Gh₵) or its equivalent in a freely –convertible currency, for each set. interested Tenderers may obtain further information at the same address

Sealed Tenders must be deposited into the Tender Box located at the address below at of before 10.00 hours GMT on Thursday 11th December 2020. Tenders shall be valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days after tender opening. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender security of amount stated in the table above. Late Tender will be rejected.

Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers /representative, who choose to attend at the address below at 10:00 hours GMT on Thursday, 11th December, 2022
