- 1. The BIRIM SOUTH DISTRICT ASSEMBLY has received funds from the District Assemblies Common Fund Responsive Factor Grant (DACF-RFG) and intends to apply part of the fund for the procurement of works.
2. The BIRIM SOUTH DISTRICT ASSEMBLY hereby invites sealed Tenders from eligible Contractors (registered with the Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing and of category D2K2 and below) for the following Project:

3. Tendering shall be conducted in accordance with the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in Ghana Public Procurement ACT 2003 (Act 663) as amended.
4. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the office of the Birim South District Co-ordinating Director and inspect Tender documents at the address below from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
5. A complete set of Tender documents in English (and additional copies) may be purchased by interested Tenderers at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵300.00) for each set starting from 7th September, 2021.
6. Sealed Tenders must be deposited into the Tender Box located at the address below on or before 21st September, 2021. Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the Tender opening. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security stated in the table above. Late submission of Tenders will be rejected.
7. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representatives, who choose to attend at the address below at 10:00 GMT on or before 21st September, 2021.
