- 1. The Agona West Municipal Assembly of the Republic of Ghana has been allocated funds as part of its District Assemblies Common Fund Responsive Factor Grant (DACF-RFG) budgetary allocations and intends to apply part of these funds to cover eligible payments for the Construction of 5No. 1.2m Diameter Pipe Culverts and Filling of Approaches at Agona Swedru, Kwaman and Agona Nyakrom.
2. Tender documents may be purchased at the address 1 stated below for a non-refundable fee of Five hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00) for each set. The document will be obtained personally and with an application letter.
3. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after Tender opening and must be accompanied by security of GHC6,000.00 and shall be delivered to the address 2 specified below on or before 29th September, 2021 at 10:00 hours GMT, at which time they will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who wish to attend. Late tenders will be rejected.
4. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under listed statutory requirements.
