Tender Description:: Construction of ground floor of 2-storey computer laboratory and library complex

Additional Information:: Tenders must be deposited into the tender box located at the Conference Room of the Community Health Nurses Training College on or before 10:00am on Tuesday, 12th October 2021. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by a tender security of 2% of the total Tender price from an insurance company in good standing with the National Insurance Commission. Tenders will be closed at exactly 10:00am on Tuesday, 12th October 2021.

Tenders will be opened at 10:00am on Tuesday, 12th October, 2021 in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who wish to attend the Tender opening at the Conference Room of the Community Health Nurses Training College, Tamale.
Late Tenders shall be rejected.

It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the underlisted statutory requirements;
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid Bid Bond in the amount and form stated in paragraph 3 above
• Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate (D2K2 or above)
• Valid Labor Clearance Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Business Registration Certificate (with receipt of renewal)
• Valid Certificate of Incorporation (with receipt of renewal)
• Valid Certificate of Commencement
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA (or evidence of Bank receipt)
