- Additional Information:
- Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act. Bidding is open to all registered Companies in Ghana and holding the Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing (MWRWH) registration certificate in category “K/D” Civil works, General buildings Certificate in category “K/D” Civil works and General buildings.
4. Bidding Document (and additional copies) may be purchased for a non- refundable fee of GH₵300.00 at the office of the District Co-ordinating Director of the Fanteakwa North District Assembly, Begoro and will be available for purchase from Friday, 10th September, 2021 to Friday, 24th September, 2021 between the hours of 10:00am – 4:00 pm each working day.
5. Tenderers would be required to provide the following:
I. Valid Registrar General’s Certificates III. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
II. Valid GRA Clearance Certificates VI. Valid Labour Certificate
V. Valid MWRWH Certificate VII. PPA Certificate
VIII. Other Documents indicated in the Tender Data
6. Interested bidders should obtain further information from:

7. Bids shall be valid for 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by the corresponding Bid Security indicated in the table above or its equivalence in a freely convertible currency and valid for an additional 28 days after tender period expiration.
8. Bids shall be marked according to instructions in the Tender Document.
9. Bids shall be deposited in the Tender Box placed at the District Assembly’s Works Department Conference Hall, Begoro On Or Before 10:00am (Local Time) On Friday, 24th September, 2021 at which time the Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.
10. All bidders shall submit as instructed in the Tender Document: one (1) original copy and two (2) photocopies each containing the complete tender document, all relevant documents and bound neatly together.
