2. A valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
3. A Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
4. Evidence of Registration with the Public Procurement Authority.
5. Certificate of incorporation and Certificate to commence business
6. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of
