Tender Description:: The Greater Accra Regional Co-ordinating Council (GARCC) through the MINISTRY OF EDUCATION has received funds from the GHANA EDUCATION TRUST FUND (GETFund) towards the improvement of basic school infrastructure and intends to apply part of the proceeds from the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contracts for the CONSTRUCTION OF GETFUND EMERGENCY PROJECTS FOR SOME SELECTED BASIC SCHOOLS IN THE GREATER ACCRA REGION as indicated below:

Lot 1: Construction of 6-Unit Classroom Block and 6-Seater Toilet Facility
(W/C) at Faith Kope D/A Basic School, Ada East District.

Lot 2: Construction of 2-Storey 6-Unit Classroom Block and 6-Seater
Toilet Facility (W/C) at Accra College of Education Experimental
School, Mempeasem

Lot 3: Construction of a Kindergarten Block at La Bawalashie 2 Presby
Basic School.

Additional Information:: 4. Tenders shall be valid for 120 days after the deadline for tender opening. Interested tenderers shall be requested as part of the tendering process to submit the following valid documents:-

i. Company Registration Certificate
ii. Certificate to Commence Business
iii. Registrar General’s Renewal Certificate (Receipt)
iv. Public Procurement Registration Cert. or Receipt
v. Income Tax Clearance Certificate
vi. Labour Clearance Certificate
vii. SSNIT Clearance Certificate
viii. Power of Attorney (If Necessary)
ix. Tender Security – 2% of Tender Sum (from a Reputable Bank)
x. MWH Classification Certification
