INVITATION FOR TENDERS (IFT)
NATIONAL COMPETITIVE TENDERING (NCT)
1. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for Supply of Refrigerators & Cookers towards the realization of the above cited project.

2. The Environmental Protection Agency now invites sealed Tenders from eligible suppliers for the procurement of Refrigerators & Cookers.
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663), as amended, and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) of the Republic Ghana.
3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Head Office and inspect the Tender Document at the address given below from 9:30am to 4:00pm each day.
4. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of Four Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHȼ400.00) for each set.
5. Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 11:00am on Tuesday, 16th November, 2021. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 Days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of not less than Two percent (2%) of the Tender price.
6. Late Tenders shall not be accepted and shall be returned unopened to the Tenderer. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at the Millennium Block Conference Room of the Environmental Protection Agency, Accra, at 11:00am on Tuesday, 16th November, 2021. A register of potential tenderers who have purchased the tender document may be inspected at the address below.
7. It is mandatory that tenderers include in their Tender the underlisted statutory requirements.
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid GRA/VAT Registration Certificate
• Valid Business Registration Certificate with copies of current renewal slips
• Valid Certificate of Incorporation
• Valid Certificate to Commence Business
• Registration Certificate from PPA or Evidence of registration with PPA
